Seidou Yuusha by Da Hootch
A fairly new doujinshi from C73 based on Dragon Quest III. It features a lot of /d/ material, mainly tentacles and those crazy rolled-back eyes. I believe it's based around a hidden event that the player may discover at the end of Dragon Quest III, though I can't say for sure since I'm still playing through it.

It's funny, there's lots of different meanings for the word "セイドウ" (Seidou) including: Braking Mechanism, Vocal Tract, Politics, Path of Duty, Vitality, Refined Copper, (Confucian) Temple, Bronze, etc... It all depends on the Kanji being used.
After downloading the images from you though, I noticed that it does give Kanji for the title on the 3rd page there and it's not any of the Kanji for the words above... rather it's composed of the Kanji "性" (Sei) Which means "Sex/Gender" and "道" (Dou) which means "Path" or "Way"... It's not a common combination/pairing that I'm familiar of... perhaps a bit of a pun in a way? "The way of gender"...
The second part is easy.... 勇者 (Yuusha) is the word for "Hero".
セイドウ/性道 actually means "sexual way" while 勇者 is warrior/hero. So basically Seidou Yuusha means Hero of the Sexual Way/Path
